Horrible customer service, you’d get more done talking to the brick wall outside. I’ve never seen a bank kick back so many check deposits for the stupidest things. Then you call and get no help whatsoever on the phone. The best help I was given is why don’t I deposit the check in person? They’re not open on Saturday, am I supposed to call out of work everytime I need to make a deposit? Oh and I’ve been locked out of my online account, using the correct password, twice in 4 months. Will NEVER use Southern again
I have met some really friendly and genuinely nice bank tellers when I come to this bank except for 2. I felt insulted today when a teller asked me for my social because my ID doesn't look like me...really! Like, what are you trying to say. Never had this issue before. EVER!That's why I'm giving the 3 stars because of the 2 bad apples I've dealt with.
