Always friendly, always quick, always professional.
Trying to help my mom handle her affairs before and after she passed and found staff less than helpful. Each time I spoke to someone I received a different answer, the branch manager was rarely available and, although I am a trustee for my mom’s account they wouldn’t give me any access to help her. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing and staff is not given autonomy. It made a stressful time even more so.
