The ladies at the bank know me and help without judgement lol. And most of the time they have a cold coke for me love that
Southern has the best banking service.
The staff are friendly enough but as a bank it is not customer friendly or helpful. Planned to open some accounts but… told me I’d need to regularly use debit cards - which aren’t the safest option. They also wanted to “hold” the funds for an extended period. Told me they could not be workable on any of it.
