The bank is always friendly and they look out for the customers.
Loan officer Matt is a prick that needs to be fired. We have been with this bank many years with multiple accounts and have had several loans. Always paid on time never late. Called up to get another loan and Matt went off with an attitude and said the bank is too big now and that he won’t give us another loan. You forgot that everyone has helped you grow.
