Great bank!
Lady tellers not that friendly, won't be back
Dana is so polite and very knowledgeable and helped me withing minutes to figure out what I needed to do to get done
We accidentally went into the wrong bank and are we ever glad we did. After researching, this is a much better bank. Interest rates are far higher. Dana was excellent as she walked us through the process and answered all our questions. We are so grateful we made a mistake. Research and you will understand why this bank is superior. We just moved here from California so that is the reason for our confusion.
Dana Bassak is simply the Best! My account is based in Nixa ,Mo but I always go out of my to go to the 0zark branch because is so friendly and helpful. She has such a calming and sweet spirit! We need more Dana’s in the world! 🥰
