I opened an account online through the website. Account was successfully created. I was able to log into the app and view my account but could NOT deposit money. I contacted customer support and did NOT receive any help. One representative was very rude during our phone call. I just wanted information on why I couldn’t deposit money and why I didn’t have a debit card. I STILL DONT have a debit card. I was unable to add any account to transfer money in. Opening a new checking account was so simple, and the branch staff were all so friendly! Chase is especially awesome, they should give that guy a raise
