They always been very nice even having see 100 of people everyday they always have smile and positive attitudes.
I called before coming in today, as I needed something notarized and wanted to make sure that was ok. The woman on the phone was polite and helpful. I was cheerfully greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I explained what I needed and was immediately directed to where I needed to go. Susan was extremely helpful and took the time to go through the paperwork with me. I don't understand the negative reviews. 🤷♀️

Horrible bank! Not just me but eveyone i know who uses them has been screwed over because of mistakes. Also they don't have 24 hr assistance which is rustrating when you are trying to purchase groceries after 5. Take the drive to arkadelphia o hot springs to lower your blood pressure what a nightmare!
I have delt with this bank ever since it was built and even to this day has gone out of their way to help Susan and her staff are professionals and have been for years
