I won a $100 gift card from an event the bank was part of and asked to have it shipped to my address due to unavailability to go to the bank physically to pick it up myself. I was told it would be shipped to me and when I called today, I was told that they gave my gift card to someone else and didn't even have the courtesy to notify me about it.
