I opened an account online through the website. Account was successfully created. I was able to log into the app and view my account but could NOT deposit money. I contacted customer support and did NOT receive any help. One representative was very rude during our phone call. I just wanted information on why I couldn’t deposit money and why I didn’t have a debit card. I STILL DONT have a debit card. I was unable to add any account to transfer money in. i've stopped by multiple times, at different times of the day & the door is ALWAYS LOCKED. if they don't want service, why don't they close down or move? 2508 East Highland in Jonesboro, AR
