Friendly, efficient and goes out of way to assist seniors.
Worst banking location available! I tried depositing a check and waited over 20 minutes for them to decide they wanted to put a 5-7 business day hold on my check. The branch manager at this location is a hateful and unhappy woman. Take your business to someone more professional and caring. To add her name is Jody.
Three stars are for the organization as a whole, not for today's experience. I went to this location with a check to deposit and the customer wrote it in a not ideal way, but another branch had already deposited one exactly like it. The teller said she wasn't comfortable depositing it and she couldn't ask a manager because there wasn't one there. I do not understand how they advertise financial aid for business and accessible personal loans, when in fact to provide this service they ask you how much money you have, what properties do you have for collateral among many more requirements, I am amused, if I had money to start my project, you would not be requesting a loan or financing. I never trusted bank ads.
