This was my first time leaving a review on Google, and unfortunately, it’s due to a terrible experience. I made six phone calls and never received a response. Despite leaving my information, I didn’t get a call back even after a week. Every time I called, I was either hung up on or told that the department staff were in the office, yet no one ever answered when I was internally transferred to them. This level of service is extremely disappointing. Phone call history attached.
