Our loan was paid off almost a month ago and they still went ahead and charged the automatic monthly payment. My wife and I have been waiting for our refund check as our account was obviously over paid and every time I call they say “you just have to wait patiently as we can’t track these things.” They charge for every day they lend money but they have the right to withhold our funds for almost a month now with no interest or accountability? STAY as far away from this company as possible!!

This financier is truly a predator - I took out financing at Volvo Gunther Coconut Creek, they cheated me, it would be $12,000, they made it $18,000 - I had good faith and signed the contract without reading it - I went to complain 1 month later, they simply told me to resolve it with the dealer.
