This was the biggest waste of valuable time. No one answers the phone. You have to walk in the door. They speak to you for 10 minutes and then never speak to you ever again. No help whatsoever. Not sure why they receive a paycheck
Sent in an application and all of my info over 2 years ago, hadn't heard anything back and my calls/emails had gone unanswered. Even tried showing up to ask what was going on and apparently they're so incompetent they couldn't even find my emails and my initial application. Then tried to accuse me of forging my screenshots of the emails I had sent as well as the call logs. Gross 🤢
I'm terminally ill and disabled and went here for help. I did not receive any help at all. Just a major attitude. Lawyer didn't even tell basic information that could have really helped me. She didn't even listen to pertinent information of my case. She was just another snot nosed kid who believes her time is more important than anyone else's . Acts like she's doing this out of the kindness if her heart, as if she's working for free. Sad to think this is who ppl need to depend on for help.
