Highly recommend, most companies drag when its a home warranty company dispatch but this company doesn't! We have had to use them twice within the last two months. We have American Home Shield home warranty and has tried other warranty companies. Southern Appliance was timely with both dispatch calls and the process was handled in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. The repairman that has assisted us with both repairs were very professional and prompt.

Have had nothing but phenomenal experience with Jose. Always comes when he says he’ll be there. Communicates well and always has a solution for any issues I’ve come across. Will continue to use him and his business!
