My experience has been a nightmare and if I could give ZERO STARS I would. After 3 years it’s still ongoing, IF I can give zero stars I would. I have not received all items included in wedding package still to this day😭. I had to wait to comment because I actually had to take Cierra to court. Every time I would email to l inquire about my photos there was always some excuse, I tried to be understanding about all the personal problems she had going on, but after a year I saw that my kindness was being taken for granted. Let me update my last post. My wedding was January 2019. After a year and one month. So Feb 2020 I finally received my online gallery for my wedding and bridal photos. Still to this day I have not received my prints or photo book that was paid for. She has been emailed several times. She has deleted her photography Instagram. I’m assuming she is no longer in the photography business. She became a Instagram influencer short after my wedding. Which is great but you still need to fulfill your previous obligations.

UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS FINEST. If I can give 0 starts, I would. Cierra was the photographer for my wedding on November 7, 2020. She emailed me the night of the wedding telling me I’d see sneak peeks on that next day, I had to constantly text/call & email her December 23, 2020 she sent 5 photos, told me I would receive the rest of my gallery the following week. My wife and I contracted Cierra Johnson Hicks to photograph our April 7, 2019 wedding. As of February 20, 2021 after several emails, phone calls, court costs, and court appearances we still have not received all the time items we have paid for. Cierra has used her personal life experiences as a crutch not to communicate and or deliver the items we paid for. We did not see our wedding photos until 11 months after the wedding. My experience with Cierra and Southern Amore' has been FABULOUS! We booked Southern Amore' for our engagement, bridals and wedding. The package was an amazing deal. We were even allowed to create our own payment schedule. My husband and I were a bit nervous about taking engagement pictures. Cierra ensured that we felt comfortable and looked fabulous on camera.
