I contacted them to obtain assistance in preparing a civil lawsuit complaint & was assign to some attny who I can not find listed as an attny here in ohii. After waiting several weeks I did text for a follow up but than attny ask me to fax her documents. After 2nd status check on whether LASCO Would help she text me back " you will be getting a letter from me". This is my 2nd time reaching out to them. Great team of people. They are very communicative and concerned about my case. Also has social service that helped me get basic needs met. I appreciate their dedication.
You'll see a bunch of vague reviews here criticizing them, but here is an actual reasonable review: They are an understaffed non-profit doing their best. Whenever I have dealt with them they have done everything they can to help. Depending on where you are sometime sit may take awhile to get ahold of someone. They do not "work for the landlords" like I see another review here saying.
