Just got off the phone with them after waiting a little over two hours to speak to someone. Nowhere in their waiting call line did it state that their intake closes after a specific time after I was informed of such. I wish that was stated somewhere. However, when actually discussing in person legal problems they were helpful and informative.
This place is a disgrace. Reached out to them because my landlord and residents were harassing but when I gave them all my evidence they declined to help me. Instead they decided to help their employee who was one of the residents who was harassing me. How you use your job to commit crimes? Well the employee has been charged for her crimes and I’m looking to sue them. Yes I have a tremendous amount of evidence to back up my claims. Don’t do business with them unless your the criminal
I miss Chad, a was a very good and through attorney The attorney i had for discrimination housing and being billed for their negligence not doing maintenance in a timely manner, and billing me for their lack of services & lies. Also not returning my deposit to me reporting i owe for rent in September 2024 and I moved out in October 2024, not knowing i was going to move until after inspection.
