I called and spoke with emily there in reguards to a matter a I need help with figuring out and was in formed that I needed to call else where because they do not give out legal advice there at legal aid. So tell me if legal aid does not give legal advice or help with legal matters then what is it that they do? I suppose that its either a case of an employee who doesn't want to work or false advertisement.
About like everywhere else. No multi-million dollar case don't bother. My son has not been able to attend school for 4 years and no one has the backbone to face a school.

Just got off the phone with them after waiting a little over two hours to speak to someone. Nowhere in their waiting call line did it state that their intake closes after a specific time after I was informed of such. I wish that was stated somewhere. However, when actually discussing in person legal problems they were helpful and informative.
