Would not recommend this lender to ANYONE!!!! They represented a buyer of my home, and they do not understand underwriting guidelines...Our closing was pushed back a week due to Southeastern Mortgage, and they promised us if we gave them an extra week, the buyer would get approved. Three days before closing, they did not approve the buyer. The company is quick to offer pre approvals that are not worthy! Stay away from this headache!
