I've been looking for OVER A YEAR (ugh furniture is so expensive and a huge decision) and gone to every place in Greensboro. Anyone who has shopped for a car or furniture knows how irritating it can be. The sweet sales lady here, Ms B, was AMAZING! Gave my mom and I enough space without hovering, while periodically making sure we were ok, and then when we had questions she was SO SWEET and had a FABULOUS personality!!! Great future store. Jimmy was definitely a friendly salesman and the movers were fast, friendly and efficient. My only thing is you have no time to see if it really works once you get it home. I feel you should have at least a little time to change your mind for an exchange or refund, especially for such an expensive purchase. Don’t impulse shop because Jimmy is real good at what he does.
