I have scheduled transportation with them on many occasions and not 1 time were they on time. Not just 5 or 10 minutes late but hours late. My insurance (medicaid) schedules my rides or I would have switched long ago. I’m currently in the process of having them removed as an option of who can transport me. What is the point in setting a time to be picked up when they come when they feel like it? NEVER use this company if you want to be somewhere on time.

This company has been far better then pro transportation if I could give them 10 stars I would, my son is transported daily by them to go to his medical day care and he has the same driver everyday. Yes they sometimes are early but I don’t mind that when they take him on non school days. They call me when his trips are canceled to make sure everything is okay.

Terrible transportation company. There should be someone that can be contacted to permanently put them out of business. They never answer the phone. Are Always late. The drivers seem to not have any care in the world for time and the members. This is a HORRIBLE transportation company. SHUT THEM DOWN!

Believe everyone else's reviews on yelp. This company is horrible. Worst transportation company I have ever taken in any city in the United States. My insurance co. assigned them to take me to medical appointments. First day they were 40 min. late. Two more chances and the driver was never on time. Showed up one morning 35 min. early with no clue what time pickup was. One of the drivers also drove so badly, speeding and went airbourne going over a hill, I thought I'd sure be involved in an accident on the way to the appointm... read more
