A few years ago I was on the fence about this bank due to tech and online banking issues...the employees were always great but the app left something to be desired. Over the past couple years it has really turned around as far as the app and online banking goes....its so much easier to navigate, get up to date information, and the ability to perform needed transactions quickly. The male teller that works there is always messing stuff up. One time he messed up one of my deposits, luckily I caught it before I left the bank and recently I needed a new ATM card he said it would come in about a week. After 10 days I called customer service and he never even ordered it. I'm seriously thinking about switching banks. 🤦♀️

The employees are nice but the bank is terrible. Always an issue with something tech related. Then, if you can't get in your account due to being locked out or anything for that matter....there is nobody to help you. Your just stuck because they have no after hours helpline. Trying a different bank very soon for sure.
So sorry the branch office closed in Woodbine. It had a friendly hometown feel. Drive thru was always a pleasure and so convenient. Now the ATM has so many problems. Not very reliable.
