I have been a customer since 2007. I don't have a lot of money so I need access to it promptly. I get to the bank on friday Dec. 19th at 5:01, doors locked. I remember when banks stayed open til 5:30 on fridays. 5:05 I make a deposit in the ATM. Funds not available till the next business day. Monday Dec. 22nd 7:10 PM and still no access to my funds. That's more than 72 hours with no access to my money. This is rediculous.
