What a hack! Don't waste your time or money with JJ, his appraisal was appalling the comps he used were not even close! And on top of that it took him 18 days to upload the appraisal to the mortgage company when 10 days is the max. He wouldn't answer calls or emails. He used every excuse in the book as to why it was late and then he just stopped answering calls and emails. Its a shame what people do to veterans.
