This company encourages its staff to ignore customers issues like just setting up an account so you can make payments on your loan. UNBELIEVABLE. Paid $40k towards a new 4 runner over a month ago have not received any paperwork or anything hopefully they are not trying to steal my 40k and come get a new vehicle that is almost paid for no phone number to call no humans the dealer keeps blowing me off
This is the worst’s company to do business with. The customer service agents lie about everything..the company illegally repossessed my vehicle wasn’t told my vehicle was in repossession status FS 537.012(2) -prior to engaging a repossession agent the lender shall afford the debtor an opportunity to make the titled personal property available to the lender at a place date and time reasonably convenient to the lender and the borrower FS 537.012(3) at least 10 days prior to sale. Absolutely horrible company and loan management agency. I have never…in my life…dealt with such a bad loan management company. Toyota should be ashamed of themselves for contracting with this loan agency. I made a 10k payment after selling my old car, and they lost it. The onus was on me to “prove” that the payment was made. Thank Jebus I had screenshots of confirmation numbers, etc…. Otherwise my 10k could have been lost. Now I’m in limbo not knowing whether they’ll credit my account. Would not accept a check for a payoff from another dealer except Toyota. That is NOT spelled out in the contract or ever told to you. Then they don’t call you to tell you they denied the check. You do realize that the dealer will just cut me a check and then I will send it in right? You’re just making me jump through your hoops for no reason. I’ve leased 6 Toyotas in the last 11 years. Never again.
