Dirty facility with uncaring administration, nurses who do nothing, terrible food, unanswered call lights, and residents yelling for hours.
The reason I put a one because when my dad was there and it says I’m actually a certified nursing assistant when it was terrible there was a lady that we walked in and she was peeing and everybody of the staff was laughing. Also, they Cna‘s weren’t professional I had to stay overnight with my dad because one of the Cna‘s was pushing not pushing but forcing him to get up to go to the bathroom which he does not know what they were saying so since I was there, I asked the unit manager and deal with if my dad needs anything Care... read more
I was in the rehabilitation section. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Very beautiful property. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you!!
