Everytime I call the office the lady tells me either "we're booked" or "we can't take you there". Completely pointless and unfair I've had to cancel countless IMPORTANT doctors appointments because they refuse to take me. As a disabled person who cannot drive this is totally unfair and something needs to be done about this.
