I would like to compliment SMTS for the nicely arranged vehicles and their staff.Everyone I meet are always pleasant and on their services with good people, who care about what they are doing. I have ridden with one particular driver(James G.)Whom I would have to say is one of the most polite,respectful and friendly people I've ever met. Everytime I call the office the lady tells me either "we're booked" or "we can't take you there". Completely pointless and unfair I've had to cancel countless IMPORTANT doctors appointments because they refuse to take me. As a disabled person who cannot drive this is totally unfair and something needs to be done about this.
