Get there early, BEFORE 8:30am on Friday mornings, To get in line, to see a free "Lawyer For The Day". They were helpful, but there was alot of people there. They only stay until 12:30pm. It's first come first serve. *Make photo copy(s) of all your documents, before you go. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AS TENENTS. USE GOOGLE GEMINI, TO BECOME YOUR OWN LAWYER. THANK GOD FOR THAT, BECAUSE I LEARNED ALOT OF LAWS, THAT THE PLAINTIFF (LANDLORD) WAS TRYING TO TRAP ME. DO NOT GO INTO "MEDIATION" WITHOUT A LAWYER.
