This should be called the junk debt buyer court. They usually have a bill of sale with your name, no other evidence. They don't follow the law at all. Under Massachusetts law, a senior or someone that's disabled can not be made to pay a debt. I'm tired of going here and listening to a crooked court ....follow the law... If the debtor don't show up they get a default it should be the same way for the other party !!!!

Horrible place. Corrupt judges and clerks. The purpose of this place is to evict US citizens for no reason. They're not not on the side of the paying tenant and their rights. This is a trial court of injustice. The judge denied my motions and petitions dismissed my appeal after winning the eviction trying to overrule an order of the court which resulted in a family of four being evicted after paying rent for fourteen years with no where to go. No return of security deposit or rent still have an active lease. Pets in shelters... read more
