I’ve called a few times for numerous of reasons. But the most recent time I spoke with Ed and needed assistance with setting up an online account he was very helpful and walked me through the steps and explained everything in detail to me. Ed needs a raise : )
Jarrell and Naomi are both super professional and great representatives of Southeast Financial. Jarrell answered all my questions with ease and was extremely efficient and helpful. Took care of my auto loan in no time. Will be using them again and will be recommending to family and friends
Naomi is the absolute best teller at this branch by leaps and bounds. I would drive out of my way just to visit this branch. She always welcomes me with a huge smile and a "welcome to SE financial CU!" She answers all my questions clearly and precisely and she's even gone above and beyond with helping with issues that aren't even in her departments. She makes the calls and gets me where I need to go! If you're in the area do yourself a favor and stop by and ask for Naomi!
