the lady that always answers the phone here is extremely rude her name starts with a J not sure exactly how to spell it however she’s never pleasant to speak to or deal with. Unfortunately if you call in she’ll leave you on hold 20-40 minutes no problem with absolutely no regard for the customers or the contractors that are literally bringing this company money! Ridiculous!
