We called SEAA from Grand Cayman in a panic. Of our three family members, one tested positive for COVID the day before we were scheduled to depart. We were informed that that two of us could leave if we chose to do so—but there was no way we were splitting up. My family and I are forever grateful to the entire staff at Southeast Air Ambulance for helping us in a stressful situation! John was incredible in guiding us through the process of getting clearance to leave Turks and Caicos and coordinating our flight to the US. Our pilots were friendly, professional. We felt taken care of by everyone we spoke to. I would absolutely work with them again and recommend to anyone!

We highly recommend Southeast Air Ambulance. They are very responsive, got a quick plan in place, and safely brought us home. They were kind and gave us gifts since it was Christmas! Great company!
