Oh they are bad. They really are . Yikes.Run,don't walk.
They make promises and deny. Plus they have people inside MTM and you will be forced to go with them. Your child might end up riding for an hour more than his usual eta. Their customer service attitude is cancelling you because you want real service and safety for your child. No courtesy whatsoever.
My cab driver was an hour and 20 minutes late to get me and he was speeding.
