Definitively southcare does not care about clients needs and charging without statments it is not a honest practice clients are free to choose where they go shopping or where they feel like going outside the area they live again southcare attitude is not caring Just because a client have different taste or look more sophisticated should .not interfere with services paid by client govt funds is allocated but it is not southcare to judge or decide what client is needed or prefer to go That is all Thanks God there is other hone... read more
This southcare co is ok with disability clients as per staff are saying they are not too demanding otherwise of clients have their full mental capacity only mobility problem staff are not willing to go the extra mile ! Opinion back up with many clients on behalf of this review therefore charging more if more emails tel calls are involved and do require more attention so this is not the co anyone will expect other than their own profit Making sure staff is not doing extra care
I cancelled my service, due to Inprapriety, Duplicity and Discrimination by this Company. They tried take advantage of my Medical Condition. without due Diligence, TO my Safety & Welfare.
Regarding Cloe who looked after me. She is the best. Southcare is loosing the best. Thank you Cloe for your service and for the gift.
