Life long customer and i was turned away for an auto loan and was made to feel like trash and to be lucky enough to find one for my current dream ride of a vehicle out of state... a dream I want be very clear this bank had no helping hand in making come true. After 30+ years of loyalty im actively looking for better options elsewhere. If you can't support the home team then you can see yourself out of the community you are refusing to service and aid.

Do you like hidden fees, especially ridiculous ones? Do you like not to be able to use your debit card for online transactions? They charge $10.00 everytime the bad quality cheap plastic debit card break.
I have been banking here for both Personal checking and Business checking accounts. I've found the Southbridge Branch people to be very helpful and pleasant.
