DO NOT BUY from Canary Wharf Group! I bought a property at Southbank Place and the pictures prove the dismal workmanship and dealing with snags. I was handed a property with paint marks on carpet, wooden planks out of position, bent pillars and tiles in the bathroom walls. I had to replace my carpets at £640 because they refused and spend THOUSANDS of pounds on the other snags that Canary Wharf failed to complete.
