I'm absolutely fuming! I shelled out $330 for a lousy initial consultation with a doctor in this area, only to find out that I need to switch to another doctor, the one my GP actually referred me to. And guess what? The clinic has the audacity to demand another $330 from me! They conveniently "forgot" to mention this hefty fee when I made my first booking. And to top it all off, when I called to inquire about this blatant robbery, the receptionist had the nerve to be downright rude to me! This is outrageous!
Dr Elliott and Dr Wee are brilliant dermatologists, with outstanding patient demeanours. I feel very fortunate to be a patient of their practice.
