Waited months to get my glass with them through Mass Health. When they arrived, the prescriptions were wrong. This never happened before in my entire lifetime of getting glasses. They made no apology and insisted it's impossible for me to cancel the order and do it again through someone else. They say I have to stay with them. But they couldn't get the eye examine right. I don't know what to do. Trying to call Mass Health for assistance. Guess they just hate Mass Health people.
