They just want bodies in there. they don’t care if they are truly licensed or certified. it's a factory of the elderly population. all the management care about is keeping cost low and having staff that won't acknowledged their constant neglect and abuse. Ppl in lead roles who are clueless and unqualified. Directed from the top. Only allotted so many incontinence products…the loved one is left to sit in soiled garments if they have gone over their limit (5-6, which isn’t very much as it is. The management puts on a good act when being inspected. Once the inspection is over they run back to their offices and hide while the building runs short staffed ALWAYS. The residents suffer the most. Ask any family that had a loved one there. I wonder if loved ones knows about the critical staff shortages, lack of supplies (ie. milk, tea, SHAMPOO) even though there is many stores nearby the management team stuff does not run out to grab these supplies instead they make the resident suffer until their shipment arrives. Left my grandmother who was sick with a terminal illness laying on a dirty floor on several occasions. She was too weak to get her self back into bed. I have videos and photos of this. She died a few days later because she had gotten sick. Wouldn't recommend this place for anyone.

Sound management and wonderful staff. The residence are in safe hands

The nursing staff is lazy and do the bare minimum. Patients are not a person but a number.
