New and great staff.
My mother was moved here a short time ago. Big step up from John Joseph in Owen sound, but this place is brand new. Staff are very polite, helpful and attentive to all their clients.
My mother in law loves being there. She loves the attention she receives and finds the staff to be very kind. The family is very happy with the care and the home because mom is happy.
My family has been deeply disappointed with the quality of care provided at Southampton Care Centre. Throughout our experience, we have had ongoing concerns regarding resident care, facility conditions, and the overall treatment of residents. We observed issues that raised serious concerns about the comfort, dignity, and well-being of residents. This is newly opened and our friend was admitted there. Lovely staff, still finding their way. Large airy rooms, but, a sanitized type of care! The residents have to conform to the homes routine, extremely cookie cutter care.
