My family has been deeply disappointed with the quality of care provided at Southampton Care Centre. Throughout our experience, we have had ongoing concerns regarding resident care, facility conditions, and the overall treatment of residents. We observed issues that raised serious concerns about the comfort, dignity, and well-being of residents. This is newly opened and our friend was admitted there. Lovely staff, still finding their way. Large airy rooms, but, a sanitized type of care! The residents have to conform to the homes routine, extremely cookie cutter care.

Really happy with the care here. The staff are friendly, supportive, and treat residents with respect. It gives me peace of mind knowing my loved one is in good hands.

I recently visited my grandpa and was so pleasantly surprised to see so many residents out of their rooms, engaged in activities and interacting with staff. It was really nice to see such a lively and welcoming environment. My grandpa tells me how kind the staff are and how well they take care of him. I also appreciate that they welcome visits from family pets, as long as vaccinations are up to date. Overall, there’s a real sense of home here. Thank you to the staff for creating such a caring environment.
