Please read before considering using this company. I was contacted via phone in the days prior to our move to see if we could move the date of our move back because of logistical issues. I informed the person calling that this was not suitable at all as our container was being shipped internationally and we also had settlement on our house for March 4th. Just wanted to say how grateful we are of the two blokes who came to do our move last week! I have never had such a great experience and I have moved house 9 times in the past 15years. These blokes were fast, efficient and genuinely lovely to work with 😊
I was quoted a price for a truck and 2 men. The day the pick up arrived there was a container with already peoples furniture inside. I was allowed 2 cubic meters. I asked what time they would arrive at my new home. I was informed the next day as they had to pick up 2 more loads. And a different crew would drive and unload. I should have counted my boxes. After days of unpacking I found out I was missing a box. I have been fobbed off saying I signed the paper saying everything arrived. Never again.
They use subcontractors. I asked for my mattresses lounge etc to be covered once put into storage and they just left them bare. Much more expensive than other removalists I have used in the past. Tried telling me I booked a large truck (went to charge me for this) until I said I have emails to prove I booked a small truck. Not sure if the fuel I paid for was for small or large truck. Do not use.
Excellent friendly service provided by Colin and his staff. Thank you for making the process of moving my belongings from Perth to Margaret River stress free.
