Great local bike shop. Friendly staff and have been helpful with sourcing parts for various bikes.
Had an issue with constant clicking while pedalling, the guy’s in the shop were fantastic in resolving the issue and explaining in great depth how it was fixed. I also had a bike fit done and now the difference is amazing. I would highly recommend this place for any info you want to know in regards to issues with your bike or just cycling in general. Great service and great customer support and great people to boot
What a fantastic place, really friendly and honest staff.
So kind and professional. They fixed my wheelchair tyres within minutes as they knew how important they are to me.
Went in with my higher spec road bike, asked for the tyres to be replaced and that theyre set up tubless so the sealant will need replacing, was told “we dont do tubeless, most bike shops dont, theyre a pain in the ass, i can put a tube in, or put new tyres on and ‘hope’ they hold” never heard such BS haha sorry but thats just not the case in any reputable bike shop, stick with Don Skenes in Cardiff, shame because this shop is closer to home but i’d rather take the extra 20 mins down the motorway and have a trusted and relia... read more
