Working with John on our first ever home purchase was ridiculously smooth. He patiently answered all the (many) questions I had, explained all the nuances very clearly, and was incredibly responsive throughout the process. He offered so much of his time starting way before the conversations began to get serious and we felt supported the whole way through.
