I was referred to open a new account by Sydney and assisted by Stephanie. Had a great experience, if you haven’t already you just go and open a new account, they walk you through everything and inform you of everything you need to know about being an account owner at STFCU.
Place is horrible, Had a elder gentleman go 3 times to branch make 3 phone calls, 6 encounters total and could not resolve issue. Expects member to go back to bank to pick up card who mind you has to walk and Will not expedite card to member or refund any fees for the inconvenience of having to take money out of atm. Customer service is horrid
