I work out but have not bought a bike in 20 years. I do not cycle and felt very intimidated walked into a bike shop. I am 6"3 220 to put that into perspective. Barry spent time showing me how gearing works and fitting me. He also tried to "downsell" me in that he said for what I wanted to use the bike for I did not need anything fancy.
