I have never attended this business before. My first appointment I was not greeted, provided any service or customer service for that matter from the receptionist. I was simply asked to pay, 5 mins after walking in the door. I am not sure why this is the process and I would have appreciated a more welcoming interaction with a heads up on process (like not taking insurance for instance) on my first time attending. Helpful, professional staff and beautiful facility! Met with Simon Fraser to see how Osteopathy could help me (and my chronic pain) towards better health, and he was incredibly helpful. Not only in his wealth of knowledge and hands on treatment, but also with resources and tools as well. I highly recommend SSWC to anyone looking for holistic health therapies, and I remain grateful to have found such a nice place. Thank you, SSWC!

I had this awful back/hip pain for 8 months at the start of covid - I had seen a two physiotherapists and a chiropractor and didn't get any relief until I made an appointment with osteopath Dr. Knor. After only 3 visits, my pain has been reduced by 90%. In addition to being friendly and professional, he was very informative and helpful and really reduced my pain. Thank you!!
