This was my second appointment with South Suburban Hearing and again providing excellent care/service. Today was to fit my hearing aids and instructions on how to setup and use them. Was at no time felt rushed and all my questions and concerns were addressed professionally and completely. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing hearing medical care.
Excellent visit with Dr. Risley. Totally addressed my concerns and made necessary adjustments to my hearing aids. I will definitely visit his office again.
We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our daughter to get her first hearing aid. Robert is such a wonderful person and explained to her why it was so important that she needed them and she felt so much better talking with him about the process. When she put them on she really knew her hearing was keeping her from hearing so clearly, she was so excited and asked me if I heard what she was hearing. I cried. Thank you so much Robert for all your help and support.
Had a problem with one of my aids running the battery down after a few hours & wanted to get molds taken to better secure the aids in the ear canals. Both items were taken care of quickly & professionally. South Suburban Hearing & Robert (a Dr. of Audiology) are a joy to deal with. I need to also acknowledge Jonathan who I've dealt with before & is equally good to work with. These guys are pros!
