Had a problem with one of my aids running the battery down after a few hours & wanted to get molds taken to better secure the aids in the ear canals. Both items were taken care of quickly & professionally. South Suburban Hearing & Robert (a Dr. of Audiology) are a joy to deal with. I need to also acknowledge Jonathan who I've dealt with before & is equally good to work with. These guys are pros!
Hearing aids seem to be working fine at this time.
