Outstanding service from nic people.
I like the people (Tech / Contact) at South Suburban but the issue I have is that they don't maintain any inventory of HA's / parts. When something goes wrong (twice for me) it's 2 weeks out before you get a functional hearing aid!! So far not a warranty issue (fixed for free), just a time lag issue. Grrrr! Hearing Aids are not cheap ($4K+) and I believe that you should be able to get better turnaround on Service!!

DR Risley very helpful in choosing the correct hearing aids, very helpful in explaining how to use the hearing , the process was great.
My appointment with with Dr. Robert Ridley went very well. He took time to answer my questions I had regarding my left ear. He examined my ear and checked out not having any redness.. My hearing aids are working well. Other than an my left ear’s discomfort I will schedule an appointment in January 2027.
