Fiona's level of intuition, knowledge and understanding are unmatched. Her kind, nurturing nature creates a very safe environment which makes dealing with pain that little bit easier. She has helped me so much with my long-term neck and shoulder pain. She is honestly a miracle worker
Fiona is hands down the best massage therapist I've been to. She offers both remedial and relaxation massage and has an incredible ability to read exactly what your body needs - she always seems to find the spots that need attention without you even having to say much. She's very accomodating and encourages good communication so the treatment always feels tailored and comfortable. I always leave feeling noticeably better and with great recommendations for looking after my body between sessions. Highly recommend Fiona!!
