My child has attended Kindercare since he began daycare. As a working mom it is a hard decision to choose a daycare. The curriculum is excellent. I love the support with potty training. The staff is professional. My only dislike is some of their billing practices. It’s constantly different information given which results in many late fees for the parents. It’s a confusing system and there is no grace given if you miss something.The moment you owe even a dollar they will turn your child away. I understand the business aspect ... read more

I brought my daughter to KinderCare as an infant. It was the first place she had been aside from home after my maternity leave, and I was so nervous -- but everyone who worked there was so warm, kind, and supportive. The infant teachers were fantastic and took such good care of her, and the teachers for the toddlers and up also knew her and always would say hi to me when I came to pick her up. We ultimately had to change daycares due to moving because it would have added 40 minutes to my work commute every day to stay there.... read more

I love SouthSquare KinderCare!! The director, JaLeesha, is always heavily involved in EVERYTHING from filling in teaching/playing with the kids to coordinating meals for the kids to doing laundry to cleaning ALL ON TOP of handling her duties as a director. The teachers are so personable and friendly. They remind me of the family/friends/care takers I had as a child. They seem to treat all children with care as if they were their own.
