This is the third Fleet Feet store I have been to and the customer service is spot on just like the other stores. My sales rep was attentive and listened to my specific requests. I have orthotics that need to have a flat sole to fit properly. He brought me the correct pair on that request and my feet feel wonderful! I will return to the Puyallup store again!
It was a very nice visit. I wanted a new pair of shoes and the prices are the same as any major retailers. They carry good ones and some of those can be expensive if you're not used to paying for shoes. I really wanted to use the scanning tech on my feet and that was the coolest part. I loved seeing how I walk and the recommended shoes and insoles I got were perfect.
We had a great experience working with Alivia. She went through the entire process with both myself and my son. She was knowledgeable and patient. A great shoe buying time!
I waited too long to do this. The wife and I are super pleased with our fitment and subsequent purchases. The young woman that helped us was super helpful and informative.
The feet scanning process is so cool, and having the scan sent to my email is really helpful. So glad I came here for my new shoes. Will return, and will suggest to people I know as well.
