I have to say I love banking here, I use the Lacey branch off Lacey Blvd. All the staff is so nice and welcoming. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else!
I have been cashing a SSI check at this location for over 2 years. On August 1st I went there as usual and I was told by the lady at the window that they couldn't cash it. I asked why all of the sudden they can't when I have NEVER had any issues before. She said that it's their policy to make sure that the money is going to my child and that I would have to open an account in his name and deposit all funds.
