Smooth installation experience. On time and very efficient.
Great customer support. Technician was good guy came in and had great personal skills.
I have been being charged for a land-line phone connection that I asked to not be set-up during installation. They basically talked me out of it, yet have been charging me for it. They're refusing to refund me. I was not told or shown anything regarding this during installation. I have been paying via auto-pay and honestly just trusted that my bill was accurate.
