Driver in South Simcoe Freight tractor trailer (truck 39) was witnessed driving 401 west aggressively (driving in excess of 105km/h limit (governor turned off?). Driver would accelerate quickly only to have to brake hard. Driver would tailgate other vehicles and changed lane often and aggressively. I contacted company to advise them...no response.
