I not only waited an hour for my appointment, but none of the staff approached me or informed me if there was a delay. Instead, I had to ask why I was waiting for 45 minutes. They were unprofessional and far to preoccupied ordering lunch than taking care of the patients. Don't come here if you can avoid.
I wanted to see doctor Toset. My daughter absolutely loves him. He takes the time to explain things to you. Unfortunately due to my insurance I couldn’t see him but the girls in the office said I would be just as happy with doctor bridges but no I wasn’t. He barely examined my neck and said what I was feeling was all in my head. I also told the woman at the front desk my situation and this doctor said he just removes thyroid glands. I wasted $60 in copayment. I will not returning unless somehow I could see doctor Toset.
