I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the ongoing difficulties I have experienced trying to enroll my children in your program since 2022. Despite my repeated attempts, I have been met with unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and an overall dismissive attitude from both the enrollment staff and on-site program staff.The staff have consistently failed to provide clear or helpful information.
Front desk phone operator it’s ignorant beyond belief.
I can’t express how important it is to me to have a clean, safe environment to care for my child while I work. I love the staff. They have excellent communication and are always helpful. They adore my kiddo and he’s made some amazing friends there. He’s all smiles when I pick him up and that’s absolutely what you want from your child after working all day. Thank you for all you do Broadmeadows Team!
